The Museum of Russian Art (MoRA) is excited to host an American exhibition of the Israeli artist Eduard Grossman. Grossman’s paintings reveal themselves in living color. “Standing amidst Eduard Grossman’s paintings,” writes one critic, “one has the sense of having been magically transported into a kaleidoscope’s interior, all the colorful images simultaneously emerging and bursting upon him, saturating his field of vision. A conscious effort to rationalize the overwhelming sensation reveals that the artist turns almost every bit of color into a mysterious source of light.
